A standout at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before being drafted 3rd overall by the Cleveland Browns, Joe became one of the greatest offensive tackles to ever play the game, starting an incredible 10,363 consecutive snaps while earning 10 Pro Bowl selections, 6 First-Team All-Pro honors, and eventual first-ballot enshrinement in Canton.
