Unfortunately, while we are not able to offer every cut to our customers, we do offer a wide range of products that suit most customer's needs and preferences.

All meat is shipped with 1 or 2 day shipping and depending on order size and products, packaged with insulation and dry ice or ice packs to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are shipped within two business days to ensure your items arrive as fresh as possible, minimizing the time they spend in transit.

Our cattle initially graze on the grasses and forage grown on our farm, supplemented by a feed blend designed in partnership with Byron Seed. During finishing, they are fed a proprietary finishing ration developed by Ken Sizemore to ensure full control over their diet and growth.
