Our Story
At Hall of Fame Farms our mission is rooted in quality, sustainability, and the well-being of our animals. We believe that our cattle are our star athletes and treat them accordingly. From birth, each animal is nurtured with premium nutrition and raised in an environment designed to support both health and comfort. They graze on lush Driftless pastures, enjoying a proprietary blend of forage grasses and alfalfa hay developed by Byron Seed in collaboration with a cattle nutritionist.
Our herd is carefully curated using elite genetics, including those developed by renowned Wagyu cattle breeder Dr. Sheila Patinikin, and we avoid the use of steroids and medically unnecessary antibiotics. With our partners at Prem Meats, we harvest our cattle directly on the farm, eliminating the stress of transport and preserving the integrity of the meat, which results in beef that’s tender, juicy, and rich in flavor.

The Legend
Joe Thomas spent 11 seasons as one of the most dominant offensive linemen in NFL history, earning ten Pro Bowl selections and a reputation for never missing a snap. But long before the accolades, he was drawn to something quieter — open land, rolling hills, and a simpler way of life. After finding his farm in Wisconsin's Driftless Area, Joe channeled that same discipline and attention to detail from the field into raising world-class beef. Hall of Fame Farms is his second act, and he's approaching it with the same standard he set on the gridiron: nothing less than the best.
